What is Clean Living?

Clean living has become a trendy phrase that can vary a bit depending who you talk to. I use ‘clean living’ and ‘toxin free living’ interchangeably as something is only clean if it is completely without toxins. Many times I hear something is “clean” and after checking the ingredients, I find it is only marginally better than most conventional products. When I use the phrase clean living, I’m referring to using products with SAFE ingredients that are good for my family and good for the environment. Ones with ingredients that have been tested for safety, not just assumed safety. If an ingredient has data to show it could be harmful, why would I want to be using that on or around my family?

When you take the step and start your clean living journey, it can seem overwhelming.

What ingredients should one avoid?

How do I find clean products?

While all our journeys will look different, continuous steps, whether large or small, will result in a healthier life. Some will overhaul large sections of their lives at once, while others will replace products one by one as the item runs out. It doesn’t matter how small, celebrate those achievements of ditching a toxic product!

If you’re new to clean living there are a couple steps to make this transition easier.
– Request my First Steps Guide. I will give you 3 areas that will have the largest impact on your health and give you some of my favorite brands so you know where to start.
